DG AutoEdge is a vehicle loan processing, facilitation, and disbursement coordination service. We provide:

  • Documentation guidance and preparation support
  • Vehicle loan application processing and coordination through partnered banks and NBFCs
  • Lender follow-up, sanction coordination, and disbursement-related processing
  • Motor insurance coordination as a secondary service

DG AutoEdge is not a bank, NBFC, or independent lender. DG AutoEdge processes and coordinates vehicle loan applications through partnered banks/NBFCs and may assist in sanction formalities and disbursement-related coordination as per the applicable lender/dealer/customer arrangement. Final credit approval, interest rate, tenure, sanction, and lender-side terms are determined by the respective financial institution (bank or NBFC). DG AutoEdge acts as a coordinator and facilitator in the application and processing journey.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

DG AutoEdge does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Loan approval or sanction
  • Specific interest rates or EMI amounts
  • Processing timelines or disbursement dates
  • Insurance policy issuance or premium amounts

Timelines for loan processing depend on the applicant's profile, document completeness, lender requirements, and the internal processing of the respective financial institution.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Submit genuine and valid documents as required
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
  • Not misrepresent your identity, income, or employment status
  • Understand that loan decisions are made by the lender, not by DG AutoEdge

5. Fees and Charges

No upfront processing fee is charged by DG AutoEdge before official lender sanction, unless specifically disclosed to you in writing prior to any service engagement. Any fees charged by partnered banks, NBFCs, or insurance providers are governed by the respective institution's policies and are separate from DG AutoEdge's services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of DG AutoEdge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DG AutoEdge shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from loan rejection or delayed processing by a financial institution
  • Inaccurate information provided by the user
  • Actions or decisions of partnered banks, NBFCs, or insurance providers
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DG AutoEdge, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your submission of inaccurate or fraudulent information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.

10. Modifications

DG AutoEdge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
